One of the perks of hosting a golf tournament is picking your Pro-Am playing partner. Justin Timberlake decided to choose someone he is familiar with: Anthony Kim. The two teamed before the U.S. Open in June with Kim caddying for Timberlake at Bethpage Black during the Golf Digest U.S. Open Challenge. Today, they’ll be playing partners at TPC Summerlin in the Championship Pro-Am of Timberlake’s Shriners Hospitals for Children Open.

"Anthony and I, our foursome will be the most fun, for sure," Timberlake said Tuesday. "If there’s one guy I’m not going to bet, it’s Anthony. Every time me and him have a friendly game, it seems like he turns it up."

Timberlake said he has worked hard to improve the celebrity field and that this year’s group is an upgrade from 2008, when the most notable celebrity -- Ellen DeGeneres -- didn’t even play. Joining Timberlake on the course today will be former major league star Greg Maddux and LPGA standout Natalie Gulbis, both of whom live in Southern Nevada. Also participating are former world champion boxer Oscar De La Hoya, musicians Alice Cooper and Kenny G, actor Kevin Dillon, singers Chris Kirkpatrick and Josh Kelley and comedian George Lopez.
